Dr. Nusbaum has over 30 years experience in Chiropractic Care. He attended U.N.L.V. for his undergraduate education and the prestigious Los Angeles College of Chiropractic for his graduate training. Dr. Nusbaum has completed a 3-year post graduate program in neurology and is board eligible. He is also a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician as well as being certified in Manipulation Under Anesthesia (M.U.A.). M.U.A. is a procedure performed in a surgical center on chronic spinal pain patients, many with failed back surgery syndrome. Dr. Nusbaum is also a Qualified Medical Examiner for the State of California, performing both Q.M.E. and A.M.E. examinations for work related injuries.

Born and raised in the upstate New York,  Dr. Nusbaum relocated to Las Vegas at age 15.  He attended high school in Las Vegas and attended U.N.L.V. before moving to Whittier, CA to attend graduate school.  He moved to San Diego in 1990 opening his first clinic in 1991.  A gymnast and acrobat in his youth, Dr. Nusbaum switched to beach volleyball, body surfing, weightlifting, and skiing after moving to San Diego.
