Dr. Nusbaum is a Qualified Medical Evaluator and performs both QME and AME evaluations. We will provide a comprehensive medical-legal report addressing all required and disputed issues. Dr. Nusbaum is on a multitude of MPN’s, including SCIF, Gallagher Bassett, Keenan & Associates, Zenith, Hartford, Zurich, Sedgwick, and AIG, to name a few. Our staff is bilingual and we have interpreters available for patients. Cognizant of the problems created by SB 863, we manage cases appropriately. All RFA forms are faxed to UR timely with a proof of service.
